Dave joined Narratives in January of 2023 as the Associate Director and Life Coach. Before Narratives, Dave served for 20 years with YouthHope, an urban outreach ministry for students k-12th grade. During his time there, he served as the Youth Director, Director of Moline Center, and then Director of Centers. Dave also has experience in the juvenile system serving as the Chaplain at Arrowhead ranch for 15 years.

For the last 30 years, Dave has worked as a youth pastor or mentor for multiple ministries and organizations. He is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and an ordained minister since 2005 in the Wesleyan Church.

Dave lives in Rock Island, IL, with his amazing wife Leah and their two beautiful daughters. When he is not keeping busy with youth or young adult mentoring, you can find him playing board games, swimming laps, biking, and hanging out with his family.
